Well looks like the shipment notification e-mail is all fixed now (All links working and correct phone number for cx service)...just got one a little while ago for something i bought a couple of days back.

LOL, typical nokia… the FAQ from the customer services page at the online shop says:

Can I get my item sent to another address?
No. We cannot deliver your item to any address except your registered debit or credit card address.

I'm guessing no-one told the marketing department the policy had changed
